Multi-modal Deep Learning Model

For the past year (2025-2026), I have been working on a deep learning model for Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma. This project is very interesting as it’s somewhat of an evolution on the LUNAR model (a glioblastoma prediction model that was developed by the Uzun Lab at Brown University) because it utilises Whole Slide Images. Ask me any questions about it! I’m currently writing a manuscript and trying to refine the current model. I’ll probably write down a refined summary once I finish up the project in its entirety.
